The axon  map of the EARTH brain system using  the geography surface of the living EARTH cell is best explained by empirical data.  This database  is available in newspapers and  college textbooks ... information available at any bookstore or newspaper outlet.  

 

The periodic atomic table has many formats of expression.
One such FORMAT are atomic bio-physics humanoids with a brain that uses symbols --> nouns, verbs, adjectives, math and physics equations, chemistry formula, biochemistry diagrams, etc.  

Another FORMAT is the  EARTH .. comprised of atoms and molecules, etc.   After millions of years of evolution .... the EARTH  itself  has acquired substantial knowledge .. known as  the TREE of KNOWLEDGE or Nature's INTELLECT.  This knowledge is  in partnership with  the human being ...who acts as a  EARTH LAB partner for Nature ...... Nature's eyes,   ears, arms, etc  ..... the features of college graduate student  working in  freshman chemistry  LAB class  as a paid assistant   ..  helping the  confused freshman students and  telling them  the safety rules with acids and other entities.

 

Now, in year 2013, let's look at some more recent expressions  of NATURE via the humanoid display  vehicle  ...  VIA their  Carl Jung atomic collective unconscious mind  (the GROUP MIND).   Let's look at some of these human display signals   from a conscious VIEW point with a consciousness that has a basic, simple knowledge of math and science ....  say ...at the freshman college level.  

The expressions  we are interested in are the Wisconsin messages  of  NATURE's systems and Nature's brain maps using earth geography, proper nouns and human activities. 

We have  2 parts to this model of the Earth geography surface   (a  model of EARTH thoughts and messages).

We use the human brain model and super-symmetry  physics analysis tools and MIRRORS  to provide a partial VIEW of the EARTH brain model.  

 

1) the NODE of Ranvier at Camp Randall football stadium

2) the EARTH axon terminal that was proposed for  Madison  using the Milwaukee cell ( the city of Milwaukee .... from the point of VIEW of  the Man on the MOON  ..... would see the EARTH  city of Milwaukee  as a brain cell  (its larger human population is equivalent to the main cell of Wisconsin)    and Madison (about 90 miles away ...as an axon terminal)

The state Department of Transportation selected the Department of Administration Building, 101 E. Wilson St., as the site of Madison's high-speed rail station Thursday.

The DOT was weighing the site with the Department of Health Services building, 1 W. Wilson St., on the other side of Monona Terrace.
